How to Schedule Transportation

You may set up a trip up to three (3) months before your health care appointment.  Please set up your ride as many days before your health care appointment as possible. There are two ways to set up  a ride:

  • Click Here to Order Online at least 24 hours before your health care appointment
  • Call us at 855-321-4899 at least 2 business days before your health care appointment
(Business days are Monday through Friday, we are closed on holidays)

EVERY time you call, have ready:
  • Your name
  • Your home address including ZIP code for the pick-up
  • The name, address, and ZIP code for the health care provider you’ll see
  • The date and time of your health care appointment
  • Your OHP ID number

On the day of your appointment, be ready one hour before your appointment time. Your ride will arrive within that hour.

Urgent or Same-Day Trips
If you are leaving the hospital, going to urgent care, or need to get to or from a chemotherapy or dialysis appointment, call us and we will set up a ride for you.

How to Get Home
The driver that brings you to your health care appointment will give you a card with their phone number. When your appointment is over, please call the driver and tell them you’re ready. The driver will pick you up within one hour of your call.

Pharmacy Visit to Fill Prescriptions
Ride To care will take you to the pharmacy to fill your prescription as part of your scheduled ride. Just be sure to let us know at the time you book your ride that you will need a pharmacy stop. The pharmacy stop must be within 10 miles of your pick up or drop off location.

Please call us to schedule a ride. If you have questions, concerns, an urgent need, or you need to cancel a ride, we are available 24/7/365 to answer your call.

We Want to Hear From You!
